Frying function
This function is used for frying on the front hotplates, regulating the temperature of the pan. This function cannot be activated on multiple front hotplates at the same time. The oil and fat do not overheat.
Pans to use with the frying function
Pans are available which are best suited to this frying function. Special pans can be purchased at a later date as an optional accessory from specialist outlets or from our Technical Assistance Service. Always quote the corresponding HZ390210", HZ390220", HZ390230" reference. Food can also be fried in a small amount of oil.
Points to note
Never heat oil, butter or lard without keeping an eye on it. This will mean that the automatic temperature regulation will not work. You can use a splatter guard, which will mean that the automatic temperature regulation function will work. If using butter, margarine, olive oil or pork lard, select the rehogar temperature setting.

How to program
Select the right temperature setting from the table. Press the S symbol.
The ___ indicator located below the S symbol lights up. The m indicator appears on the display for the hotplates that have this function.

the + or - symbol on the selected hotplate. The frying function has been activated.
The ___ indicator located below the K symbol remains on until the frying temperature is reached. [. . . ] Replace the blade immediately when it shows signs of imperfections.
