To switch off the room monitor from another phone
When you are called by the room monitor, you can switch off the room monitor from that phone. Answer the call.

Press the Change options button to enter the number. If an external number has already been entered, your can delete it by pressing the DELETE button. If an internal number has been entered, delete it by pressing the Yes options button. The room monitor is switched off.

To change the earpiece volume and loudspeaker volume
You can choose from: · 3 earpiece volume levels · 5 levels handsfree loudspeaker volume levels.

Setting pauses
Note If you want to insert a pause into a telephone number you are storing in your directory start the number and where the pause is needed press the MENU button until `insert pause' is displayed, press OK and the pause is added and stored with the number.
To set a pause after pressing Recall
