NET 2. 0 DLL files may be removed from the Global Assembly Cache (GAC). The removal of these files from the GAC may result in missing features when you run Crystal Reports XI. To restore the . NET 2. 0 DLL files, in Windows, go to the Control Panel, and click Add or Remove Programs. In the Add or Remove Programs dialog box, click your installation of Crystal Reports, and click Change. In some situations, Crystal Reports Server XI Release 2 seems to install successfully but the installed product does not work. This problem may be caused by the following: · · The port you entered for MySQL may be busy. If you uninstalled a previous version of Crystal Reports Server, your uninstallation may have failed to free one of the ports used by the CMS.
