Warn me before logout Activate this option to receive a warning message before the server closes your session. For example, if you use the Back menu to return to your initial action, which was the login page, you may inadvertently log out. If you activate this option, the device will display a warning message in this situation.

Rendering level This option allows you to enable an enhanced viewing mode that enables the device to render graphic content like graphs and gauges at a higher level of resolution. The default setting on Symbian and Windows devices is enhanced, but you can set it to normal if you experience performance issues when viewing graphs. The recommended setting is enhanced for devices that support video viewing. The default setting on BlackBerry devices is normal for performance reasons, but you may choose the enhanced mode.
Selecting a Folder
At log in, BusinessObjects Mobile Interactive Viewing will present the list of documents and folders contained inside the user start folder. When start folder is not set BusinessObjects Mobile Interactive Viewing will show folders and documents located either in the Mobile folder under Public folders or the root folder, depending on whether or not a dedicated Mobile folder exists. End users can select any folder in the repository as their default folder.
Setting the default folder
When you connect to BusinessObjects Mobile Interactive Viewing, the application opens the default folder and displays the list of supported documents and analytics it contains.

To change your preferences so that the application opens to the folder of your choice: 1. Once set, BusinessObjects Mobile Interactive Viewing will jump straight to this folder at startup (unless you have defined a default document in which case BusinessObjects Mobile Interactive Viewing displays the default document on opening).
Note: You can return to and browse the folder hierarchy from the document
display screen by selecting Document List from the menu:

Selecting and opening a document or analytic
1. After log in, use folder navigation to navigate to the right folder.
2. Select the document and use the menu item Open or Open from server or click OK to open the document. The Open command allows you to open a document or report from local device memory if you have already viewed it during the current session. Open from server allows you to download a document directly from the server with the latest data. If the document opened contains only one report, then that report is displayed immediately. If the document contains more than one report, the list of available reports is displayed for user selection:

3. Select the report and use the menu item Open report or click OK to open the report. The report is displayed as specified by the pagination options set up at document design time. Documents and reports are cached on the device and on the server for ease and speed of navigation.

Reports: Jumps to the list of report tabs within the current report to allow users to navigate to other tabs.
