Sure Grip Hamburger Probe/Thermometer
3/8" Tip, 7" stainless steel probe with instant response time Temp. [. . . ] To obtain accurate temperature reading, wait until numbers stop moving, 5-10 seconds. Wash probe with hot, soapy water after each insertion to prevent cross-contamination. Unit will automatically shut off after 10 minutes of non use.
