Sure Grip Instant Read Probe/Thermometer
Stainless steel 8" probe with instant response time Temp. [. . . ] Be sure tip is not touching bone, gristle, the pan, or inserted into cavity of fowl. To obtain accurate temperature reading, wait until numbers stop moving, 5-10 seconds. Wash probe with hot, soapy water after each insertion to prevent cross-contamination.
