Ignition Controlled Door Locking For added convenience and safety, this feature automatically locks your vehicle's doors 10 seconds after the ignition key is turned on. To prevent you from accidentally locking your keys inside the vehicle: · The system will not automatically lock the doors if a door is open when the ignition key is turned on. · The system will not automatically lock the doors if a door is opened during the first 10 seconds after the ignition key is turned on. Ignition Controlled Door Unlocking For added convenience, this feature automatically unlocks your vehicle's doors after the ignition key is turned off. · If driver's door priority is installed only the driver's door will unlock after the ignition key is turned off. Optional Driver Door Priority Feature* This configuration adds the security of unlocking only the driver's door when the system is Disarmed. This button also unlocks the doors when the system is in Valet Mode. If the system is Armed, pressing Button 2 will Disarm the system and unlock the driver's door only. If the system is Disarmed, pressing Button 2 will unlock all remaining doors. If the system is in Valet and the doors are locked, pressing Button 2 will unlock the driver's door. *Extra parts and/or labor may be required to properly utilize this feature. RS300 Owner's Manual - Page 5 Valet Mode Allows you to temporarily disable the remote starting feature when the vehicle is being serviced or turned over to a parking attendant. · The horn will chirp once to indicate you have turned Valet Mode on. · The horn will chirp twice to indicate you have turned Valet Mode off. While in Valet Mode, the LED will light solid and the Remote Transmitters will continue to lock and unlock your doors and operate the Auxiliary Function. About Your System The Ungo RS300 is a remote controlled engine start system. When activated, the RS300 will safely start your vehicle by remote control, without your key in the ignition. If your vehicle is powered by a diesel engine, the RS300 will turn on the ignition for several seconds prior to starting the engine, in order for the glow plugs to warm up. [. . . ] · The horn will chirp 3 times (if installed and programmed for warning chirps). · The engine will start and run for the duration of its programmed Run Timer. * · The heater or air conditioner will turn on (if turned on prior to exiting the vehicle). · The LED will flash rapidly. *If the engine cranks and starts but fails to remain running on the first attempt, it will repeat the starting procedure 2 more times. Adding or Deleting Remote Transmitters The Ungo RS300 has the ability to recognize 4 individual Remote Transmitters.
