EXE or the CopyDisk utility that is available when you right mouse click on the Zip drive icon. Click the plus sign ( + ) next to "Disk drives, " then click on the icon for the Zip ATAPI drive to select it. Click on the "Properties" button located at the lower left of the Device Manager window. Run your computer's CMOS setup and disable BIOS support for the Zip drive, then follow the instructions for changing the Zip drive letter.
