Before using this unit, carefully read the sections entitled: "IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS" (p. These sections provide important information concerning the proper operation of the unit. Additionally, in order to feel assured that you have gained a good grasp of every feature provided by your new unit, owner's manual should be read in its entirety. The manual should be saved and kept on hand as a convenient reference.
Conventions Used in This Manual
· Button names are enclosed in square brackets; e. g. , [REVERB] button. [. . . ] If you want to adjust another parameter in the same
edit mode, press [H-BAR PART] button and one of the [1][6] buttons to select the parameter, and turn the [VIBRATO AND CHORUS] knob to edit the value. While the parameters are being saved, the indicators of the [1]-[6] button will blink.

State of the AMPLIER type and REVERB type Indicators in Edit Mode When the setting is "0127, " "010, " "015, " or "031. "
When all of the AMPLIFIER type and REVERB type indicators are unlit, it indicates that the setting is at the minimum value (0). When all of the AMPLIFIER type and REVERB type indicators are lit, it means that the setting is set to the maximum value. As you increase the value, the AMPLIFIER indicators will successively light from the bottom.

The setting will increase as you turn the [VIBRATO AND CHORUS] knob clockwise, and will decrease as you turn it counterclockwise. When you press the VIBRATO AND CHORUS [ON] button, this will return to the default setting.
If the setting is an "ON or OFF" switch
This is "off" (0) when all of the AMPLIFIER type and REVERB type indicators are unlit, and "on" when all of the AMPLIFIER type and REVERB type indicators are lit.

This will be ON when the [VIBRATO AND CHORUS] knob is turned to the right, and OFF when turned to the left. When you press the VIBRATO AND CHORUS [ON] button, this will return to the default setting.
When the setting is "-50+5, " or "-1000+100"
The illumination patterns of the AMPLIFIER type and REVERB type indicators offer an approximate reading of the value of a setting. For example, if a value is set to 0, the SPRING indicator under REVERB type, and the TYPE 1 indicator under AMPLIFIER type will both be lit. The AMPLIFIER type indicators indicate values in the negative direction, while the REVERB type indicators indicate values in the positive direction.

Turn the [VIBRATO AND CHORUS] knob clockwise to increase the value, or counterclockwise to decrease it. When you press VIBRATO AND CHORUS [ON], this will return to the default setting.

Settings That Are Saved for the Entire System
Rotary-related Settings
1. Hold down the [BANK] buttons and press the
ROTARY [SLOW/FAST] button. The indicators of the [1][6] buttons ([1][3] buttons) will blink.

select the parameter that you want to edit. Pressing the [HBAR PART] button causes the button's color to change and allows you to select all parameters.
If you press the VIBRATO AND CHORUS [ON] button, the setting will return to the initial value.
4. When setting another parameter, press an [H-BAR

Never turn off the power while parameters are being saved.
